The ground rules for using The Trivia Guru — please read them before you start playing.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of The Trivia Guru (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be 18 or older to create an account. By creating one, you confirm that you are.
This limit is about data, not content — our quizzes are suitable for all ages. An account means we hold personal data about you, and we do not yet have a way to obtain and verify a parent or guardian’s consent. Until we do, we would rather not hold a child’s data at all. See our Privacy Policy.
If you are under 18 you are welcome to play as a guest. Guest play creates no account, though scores and leaderboard rankings are not saved.
By using the Service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

To keep the game fair and fun, you agree not to:
Scores, accuracy, levels, XP and rankings are calculated according to the rules described in the Service and may change as we refine the game.
We may adjust, recalculate or remove scores and rankings that we reasonably believe were obtained through cheating or error. Leaderboard standings are provided for entertainment and carry no monetary value.
Lifelines, bonuses and similar in-game features are part of the gameplay experience. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be modified, limited or discontinued at any time without notice.
The Service, including its quizzes, questions, design, logos and software, is owned by The Trivia Guru or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial enjoyment only.
You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms other players or the platform.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that quiz content is error-free, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that it will always be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Trivia Guru will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
